This popular contemporary Christmas card design used to be fixed in design. The card cover used to just say “Merry Christmas”. (I blogged about it last year here). As time moves on then so does technology and as you see above Reflection now comes with your own company name emblazened on the cover. This is a very modern card and would suit a design conscious company looking to impress. This card does not come with the all over mirror finish that many other front personalised designs on this site feature but it does have one quite impressive enhancement. The personalised text has a faint reflection (hence the name of course) and it is on this reflection that a clear foil is applied to give a shiny reflective effect surface. It is quite a clever effect because when it comes to Christmas cards foiling is usually only done with bright metallic foils such as gold, red or silver. The clear foil used on this design is subtle but dramatically effective. Of course, you cannot see this on the image above but you can request a sample in double quick time.
