Gift Wrapped 8X009ART
This has got to be one of the most unusual designs to come out of the CCA Occasions design team. I do find it fascinating however, and if you send it to your customers then I reckon you might get the same reaction. And lets face it if they ponder over it for a few minutes longer than your competitors cards before it gets pinned to the noticeboard behind their desks then that has got to be a good thing.
Without thinking too deeply I see this card does promote traditional values and I can see it might be the type of message a company such as John Lewis might wish to convey. The days when home deliveries did not turn up in a DHL lorry but were delivered in a more personal way from a local store. To many truly local businesses, whether they are skilled tradesmen or store owners these family values are often their biggest selling point. Those with a history are proud to display an established date alongside their company name and know that customers trust a business that has traded through generations of the same family. This is exactly what this card says to me.
The image is set within an embossed frame and the personalised company name appears along the side of the lorry.
